Marana Mama Baby Perinatal Support Group
First and Third Tuesday of each month 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Second and Fourth Tuesday of each month 10:00 -11:30 a.m.
This group is dedicated to helping pregnant and postpartum women find comfort and normalcy as they transition into this new stage of life. Each week we will provide a safe space to share our struggles and joys related to pregnancy and parenting.

After 40 weeks of the body shifting and growing to make room for the baby, birth of that baby can leave a woman feeling out of sorts and...empty. Binding can help the body ease all the organs back in place and give mama a sense of peace and well-being. Binding can help with pelvic floor dysfunction and abdominal muscle separation. It can encourage good posture and and give back support for nursing moms. Binding is usually done within 7 days postpartum after a vaginal birth and around six weeks for cesarean birth. *Always check with physician before binding. $150.00
